Welcome to the Moore County Schools online application system for Student Transfers and Discretionary Admissions. Please note that the window for requesting both student transfers and discretionary admissions for the 2024-2025 school year is 2/1/2024 - 2/29/2024.

All requests will be checked for accuracy. Any falsification of information may result in your request not being processed.

Information for Student Transfer Applications:

This is an official application. The information contained on this online application should be considered private. 

NOTES:

  1. Transportation is NOT provided with the approval of a student transfer or discretionary admission.
  2. A transfer or discretionary admission may be revoked for excessive absences or tardies, persistent inappropriate behavior, or if it is determined the transfer was granted or renewed based on false information submitted by the parent.
  3. There is NO guarantee of approval. 
  4. The following schools are "capped" (over 95% capacity) to new transfers or discretionary admissions for capacity reasons.
    • Pinecrest High School
    • Union Pines High School
    • West Pine Middle School
    • West End Elementary School
  5. Rising grade transfers for students going into 1st - 5th grade will be considered for "capped" schools (over 95% capacity) to the extent possible.
  6. You will receive emails from scribonline@scribsoft.com to notify you of the status of your order.  It is important you read those emails carefully as additional information may be required to process your request.  Please add our email address to your list of safe senders.  (This should prevent our email from being sent to your spam folder.  We are not responsible for missed deadlines due to email being sent to your spam folder.  It is advisable that you check your spam folder often for any important emails.)
